Capitol Engineering Group is the MEP engineer for the new embassy of Morocco located in within the International Chancery Center, an embassy enclave in the District’s Van Ness neighborhood. The project entails a four-story building, which include office space, the Ambassador’s quarters, a multipurpose hall to connect public and private areas and underground parking.

This is a renovation of a significant historic building located in the Dupont Circle Historical Neighborhood in Washington, DC. The project involved extensive renovations of the exterior facades, cornice, historical windows, and rooftop decorative features. The interior was also fully renovated, installing comprehensive new systems such as mechanical, plumbing, electrical and data, while conserving the grand and beautiful interior finishes.
