Capitol Engineering group is the MEP engineer for a Mexican concept Rooted in the dynamic culinary traditions of Mexico City at the union Market. The space is 8,000 SF.
One Hawaii Ave. N.E.
Capitol Engineering Group is the MEP for One Hawaii, a new four-story construction ideal for families or individuals. The community previously offered 34 units, from studio to two-bedroom floorplans within a two-story building. Construction is underway for a full redevelopment, which will more than double the density to 70 units in this increasingly gentrified neighborhood.
Permanent Mission of the Republic of Latvia to the United Nations
This is a renovation of two townhouses in New York City to be combined for the UN mission of the Republic of Latvia. Capitol Engineering Group is the MEP engineer for this project.
Sangfroid Distilling
Capitol Engineering Group is the MEP engineer for The Hyattsville distillery, which makes craft brandy, whiskey and Dutch-style gin. This is a renovation project of an existing bank which is about 4,500 square feet on the main floor and has a similar amount of space in the basement. The new space will also have a cocktail bar, and a tasting room.
Osteria Mozza, Washington D.C.
Capitol Engineering group is the MEP engineer for a traditional Italian cuisine under Chef Nancy Silverton, located in Georgetown. The building is former Dean & Deluca Market and has approximately 12,000 SF. The entire MEP systems were replaced and coordinated with the new bi-level kitchens and bars.
