Capitol Engineering Group served as the MEP engineer for The Reston Association Nature House, a 5,000 SF LEED Gold-certified facility designed to be an environmentally sustainable hub. The building houses multi-purpose rooms, offices, and a resource room.

The project features energy-efficient systems, including a geothermal ground source heat pump, floor heating, and a de-super heater, contributing to the facility’s sustainability goals. Capitol Engineering Group’s design ensured that the systems not only supported the building's eco-friendly certification but also provided a comfortable and functional environment for visitors.
