The Graham Hotel of Georgetown: MEP engineering for a luxury boutique hotel with 57 guestrooms, dining venues, and panoramic views of Washington, D.C. by Capitol Engineering Group.

Capitol Engineering Group provided MEP engineering services for The Graham Hotel of Georgetown, a luxury boutique hotel located along the Potomac River in Washington, D.C. The seven-floor hotel features 57 luxury guestrooms and suites, some with private decks and terraces. Capitol Engineering Group designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to complement the hotel’s sophisticated design and ensure the comfort and convenience of guests.
The MEP systems were tailored to support the hotel’s amenities, including two dining venues—the A.G.B. dining room and The Observatory rooftop bar and lounge, which offers panoramic views of the city. Capitol Engineering Group ensured that the hotel’s infrastructure would meet the high standards expected from a luxury hotel, providing energy-efficient solutions and seamless functionality throughout the building.
This project showcases Capitol Engineering Group’s ability to integrate advanced MEP systems in a historic and high-end hospitality setting while enhancing the guest experience.
