Capitol Engineering Group provided MEP engineering services for Results Gym’s locations in Washington, D.C. The project included the design of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to support the fitness center's dynamic environment. The 15,000-square-foot facility at Connecticut Ave and L St. NW, slated for opening in the Fall of 2007, and the 14,000-square-foot City Vista location at 5th and K Streets NW, scheduled for Spring 2008, required carefully tailored MEP solutions to ensure comfort, energy efficiency, and optimal performance for both gym members and staff.
