Capitol Engineering Group was the MEP engineer for the development of a two-phase Office Park project in Maryland, featuring state-of-the-art design and infrastructure.

Phase 1 included two 150,000-square-foot, six-story office and retail buildings alongside a 1,500-car parking garage. Capitol Engineering Group designed energy-efficient HVAC systems, high-performance electrical networks, and water-conserving plumbing systems to support the diverse functionalities of these mixed-use spaces.

Phase 2 mirrored the structure of Phase 1 but expanded retail offerings, further enhancing the park’s usability and appeal. Both phases incorporated advanced building automation systems and sustainable technologies to meet the needs of tenants and shoppers while ensuring operational efficiency.
