Moroccan Chancery: MEP engineering for a new embassy in Washington, D.C., featuring office spaces, Ambassador’s quarters, and a multipurpose hall by Capitol Engineering Group.

Capitol Engineering Group provided MEP engineering services for the new Embassy of Morocco, located within the International Chancery Center in the Van Ness neighborhood of Washington, D.C. This four-story building includes a variety of spaces, including office areas, the Ambassador’s quarters, a multipurpose hall to connect public and private sections, and underground parking.
Capitol Engineering Group’s MEP solutions were designed to meet the unique needs of an embassy while ensuring efficiency and comfort across its multiple functions. The HVAC systems were carefully selected for energy efficiency and comfort, while modern electrical systems and specialized plumbing infrastructure were integrated to support the building's operational needs.
The design and execution of this project ensured a high standard of performance, sustainability, and security, creating a welcoming and functional environment for both staff and visitors.
