Capitol Engineering Group provided MEP engineering services for the Meadowbrook Stables project in Chevy Chase, Maryland. This project focused on enhancing the facility's infrastructure to support equestrian activities and improve the overall functionality of the site. The scope of work included the installation of site lighting to ensure safety and visibility throughout the premises. Additionally, the water distribution system was upgraded to accommodate the needs of the open paddocks and future covered paddocks. A power upgrade was also completed to provide sufficient electrical capacity for the site’s operations, and a system was designed to support the riding and walking paths throughout the stables area. These improvements were key in enhancing the operational efficiency of the Meadowbrook Stables while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for the animals and visitors.
