Capitol Engineering Group provided MEP engineering services for the 10,000 SF Founding Farmers restaurant located at Reston Station in Reston, VA. This location, which opened in 2017, marks the first level of a planned hotel development. Reston Station is a dynamic mixed-use development by Comstock, situated above a 3,300-space underground parking garage, directly adjacent to the Wiehle-Reston East Silver Line Metro station. Capitol Engineering Group’s MEP design ensured that the restaurant’s systems were optimized for both energy efficiency and high-performance, aligning with the station's modern and sustainable infrastructure.
