Located at One Judiciary Square in Washington, D.C., this 20,000-square-foot tenant renovation on the 10th floor was designed to accommodate the Office of Chief Technology Officers (OCTO) for the District of Columbia government. The project created a modern, efficient office environment tailored to the needs of a high-tech government agency.

Capitol Engineering Group provided MEP engineering services, integrating energy-efficient HVAC systems, advanced lighting controls, and reliable electrical infrastructure to support the agency's operations. The plumbing system was also updated to meet modern standards.
