Capitol Engineering Group provided MEP engineering services for BodySmith Personal Training Gym, a new 20,000-square-foot, three-level full-service fitness facility and day spa located in Washington's Penn Quarter. The facility required custom-designed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to support its high-performance fitness equipment, as well as spa and wellness services.

Capitol Engineering Group focused on creating energy-efficient systems that would ensure a comfortable, healthy environment for gym members and spa clients. This included optimizing air circulation, temperature control, water systems, and electrical infrastructure to support both the gym's active fitness spaces and the calming atmosphere of the day spa.

This project demonstrates Capitol Engineering Group's ability to design MEP systems that cater to the specific needs of a multifaceted wellness facility.
