Capitol Engineering Group served as the MEP engineer for the transformation of a parking structure into a modern, sustainable office building at 1222 22nd St. NW in Washington, D.C. The 14,000-square-foot building features state-of-the-art offices, a roof conference center, and amenities, all designed to meet LEED certification standards.
