The 20,000-square-foot tenant renovation on the 8th floor of 1101 Pennsylvania Ave. NW in Washington, D.C. was designed for the Teachers Union, creating a modern, functional office space to support the union’s operations. This renovation aimed to provide a comfortable and efficient working environment for the staff while enhancing the building’s infrastructure to meet the needs of the union.
