Capitol Engineering Group is the MEP for Anthem House II in Baltimore, Maryland which will be a five-story, 52-unit apartment building at the site of the former Rallo’s Restaurant parking lot in Federal Hill neighborhood. The project is an apartment building with adjacent historic townhouses as commercial use.
