Wonder Bread Factory Redevelopment Moves Forward

"Developers are moving ahead with their plans to redevelop the old Wonder Bread factory at 641 S Street NW into a new commercial property. The first floor will be retail and parking and the upper four floors will be devoted to office space. The proposed plans indicate a maximum building height of 65 ft, a 15 ft addition to the back (north) side of the existing structure, and 30 spaces of indoor street level parking."
