"Volt Owner Bryan Voltaggio to Energize Chevy Chase Pavilion- Bryan Voltaggio, the former Top Chef finalist whose Volt restaurant in Frederick, Maryland is on every foodie’s must-eat-at list, has plans to open a new restaurant—at Chevy Chase Pavilion, of all places. The Washington Post’s Going Out Guide blog, which first reported the news, says that Voltaggio is working on a bistro specializing in steak.
